I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! “位置雲頂山腳但還是一樣冷登記處有點難找停車場上房搭電梯需要單獨刷房卡因不夠靈活房間不錯乾淨有碗筷可以簡單煮食但不提供桌布擦桌子有點費解難道吃完不用搞乾淨？窗口沒風景只有大廈 ”

“Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay.”

“We went as a family of 4. Very good resort. Quiet and serene surrounding. The resort uses natural resources such as solar power for electricity & water from the underground. Friendly staff and clean room. Suitable for nature lovers, went up nature trail to view sunrise. The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet.”

“We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard before we could park and check in. After 3 different conversations with the guard and another hotel receptionist from a nearby hotel, we were eventually directed to a completely different hotel reception down the hill 5 mins drive away, where we were told that we need to use an app to check in, despite us having driven to a different location! This then took a long time to do, the instructions to collect keys were slow to arrive……
