“Tina was a great host. It fit our family of 6 with a toddler comfortably. There were tons of towels and storage space for clothes and other items. We loved the complimentary house slippers. The backyard was nice to sit out at the table to enjoy meals or quiet time. We had everything we needed and it was centrally located. Our only complaints were that the knives were dull and the knife sharpener didn't work and the many bugs outside in the covered car port. All that was missing was an insect……

“Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. Very short wait for hot water in the shower and sinks to start up. The owners were very quick and responsive to messages sent through the app. Beautiful succulents in the back yard. “Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware. You could get……
