“This was a pleasant resort that was spacious and we enjoyed use of the pool and the availability of a restaurant on property. The restaurant service however was very poor and made it less interesting to utilize due to the difficulty of ordering. “I got a very good offer to stay at the Royal Shaza suites and I am very happy to have chosen to stay here. The reception staff especially Emmanuel were very welcoming and helpful. “1/2 of the stove top gas burners worked., The oven would turn on my itself. The toaster would normally burn the toast no matter the setting. Plenty of pot’s & pans but no lids. The fridge ( freezer) would maintain enough cold to keep the food from going bad. The apartment would sleep 6. We had 3 forks & spoons but no dinner knives.
