"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "

"房間面向公園，環境不錯！ 6人大房住了5個人，三男二女，一位女士零時在講電話，時間很長！某位男士如廁時沒有將廁板提起來！ 步行到Central Station大約35分鐘，沒有廚房供煮食，房間除了沒有梘液，毛巾，供應的被子足夠暖和及舒適。"

"I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. "

"The staffs who work in the front desk are very helpful, but housekeeping staffs definitely need more training! One day some one forgot the bathroom cleaner on the sink top; and the other day , no one wash the used wine glasses and water glasses! "

"The used water in the shower area goes out very slow. I once thought the drain point was blocked. Please fix the drain point and the shower area."
