“It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. They were receptive to my feedback (one was to add fridges to the rooms which they had ordered prior to my departure) and provided breakfast daily, entertainment once a week in the dining area. ”

“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I……

“This hotel had everything i needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend having a simple flyer at the front desk or in the rooms explaining Gojek and maybe some nearby attractions. ”

“The hotel room is not bad, especially the studio room is much bigger than I imagined. The staff are very friendly and well-mannered. However unlike Kuta, not much night life near Denpasar. There's only one convenience store opposite to the hotel. No place you can go near the hotel.”
