“Had to argue with lady at front desk to give me key to room when I left hotel.....Ridiculous....would not stay here again.... why would Leave key to room with my luggage there....makes no sense for a Hotel...I understand a motel charing by the hour but not if you are paying for the entire night”

“I booked this with low expectations because we just needed a spot for 6 hours between flights. It's a 15 minute drive from the airport and it's easy to get an UBER. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. This isn't a hotel though - when you go in it says "hostel". We did have our own room with our own bathroom so things worked out well. Upon arrival we had to buzz someone who came from another building to get us in and there was 3 flights of stairs to the family room we had booked.……
