“酒店比较靠近欧洲之门，离其它景点的位置较远。大楼外观普通，每个房间窗户的一半都被一种装饰板遮住，真是浪费了窗户的作用。酒店图片重点宣传的pool还要额外花钱才能进入。酒店房内设施不错，但整体性价比实在不敢恭维。”

“只能夠說有對比就有傷害，之前是在巴塞隆拿住，前台服務只態度很好，服務很週到，以為全西班牙都很多，但到了這間酒店真的很意外。我早上十一點到了酒店，酒店規定三點後才能入住，表示房間未準備好，我也明白這一點，所以我把行李寄存後就出去了，到五時多回來了，打開房間覺得房間挺美的，但入房發現房間有兩支上一位房客喝剩的飲用水，洗手間和垃圾桶都有上一個房客的垃圾，上一手房客用過的沐浴露和洗頭水都還在，我立即到前枱反映，前枱職員亦立即安排人員清理，我明白可能這是個別事件，但如果可以給我把房間換一下會更加好，感覺上一位房客的香水還在，(也有可能是房間本身的香薰味吧)對毛巾和水杯都沒有使用的信心，也不知道床單有沒有更換過。”

“Hotel bellissimo nell' arredamento moderno e simpatico, camera silenziosissima e letti comodi, lenzuola di qualitá. La colazione era super fornita sia di opzioni healthy ( latti vegetali, frutta. fresca, secca e semi, curcuma ...) che di scelte classiche dolci o salate ( la chicca era la colazione alla spagnola con pane tomate e jamon). Era un piacere ogni mattina! La piscina sul tetto all' ottavo piano era fantastica, con musica piacevole in un ambiente rilassante e la possibilitá di fare un……

“Located near a supermarket and restaurants, so I never worry about food. Vending machines are also available. It’s a short distance to Mercado de la Paz, Corte Íngles and biblioteca. One reminder is there’s no cleaning service at the weekend. ”

“Not in downtown, about 3-4 metro stops away. Close to metro station and very quite. Remember to ask for a room with good view.”

“Not near by any sightseeing spots, but very close to the metro station. Sanitation is barely ok, but can’t say it’s very satisfying. ”
