“I always enjoy staying here - nice location, friendly staff, quirky rooms, nice pub downstairs. Be warned that this is not a standard, generic hotel! An older building with "character", which I enjoy but others may not. Would not be good if you have mobility issues: lots of stairs (even in the rooms), small elevator, baths difficult to enter/exit. Internet OK but spotty in some locations. Walls are fairly thin (you can hear your neighbors talking) but I've never heard the pub patrons, even……

“Hotel room was nice but bathroom was dated. King bed was 2 singles attached together with an uncomfortable zip down the middle. Food was expensive for quality.”
