“A nice hotel with excellent facilities & staff. 2 mile walk into Ipswich, not too strenuous also, nature reserve was a pleasant experience. The room was a good size if a little tired and needed door mats to the front and rear entrances”

“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”
