“Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers. This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food.”

“Hotels.com sells two different hotels/buildings with the same pictures and when you buy you can't be sure which one you have booked. The other building has no pool or reception and both are sold with the same pictures which is really misleading. Seaside Naithon is in my opinion the only building next to Wynthon and we were offered a room for the second week in a different building with no name mentioned on the building?!”

“一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。”

It has free airport pick up and transfer services, but if you want to walk, it takes only less than 10mins to walk from the exit 1 of international terminal, if taking the short cut. It is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in the area, but its rooms are very new, very clean, quite nice, and it also has free bicycle for rent. “The hotel exterior well maintained but inside the villa rooms are dated with heavy wood that look worn. The sofa cushions are flimsy and slant from usage, there are no deck chairs on the balcony which is a shame (just a dining table and 4 seats), the bathroom in the master en-suite is exceptionally small plus the sinks are not well designed as there absolutely no place to put your amenities. Breakfast is decent with small selection. When comparing to other resorts, I found Movenpick not good for……
