“Knobs needs repair. Twin beds are smal without sufficient comforts. Found hair on ground of bathroom. The hotel has the best view, but needs more care for details. Otherwise, I prefer moving to chain hotels next time.”

The hosts were very welcoming and quickly responsive to our needs. The neighborhood was so awesome with lots of restaurants and activities. We look forward to returning. ”

“We had a group of 4 friends stay at this property for an extended weekend. This was a great property and location. The room was very nice with great amenities. Nice pool area and good size fitness. The unit was walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops in the Coconut Grove area. Only 20 minutes from the airport.”

“Stayed for two days to help daughter move out of her dorm. We love the Coconut Grove area & The Arya is one of our favorite places to stay. THI’s room had a nice view of the bay, a hot water kettle, which you don’t always get for my tea, a refrigerator and stove. Most importantly wine glasses for after a long day of packing. Would definitely recommend this place!”
