“Really great welcome. Lots of little touches to make your stay more special like biscuits, bottled sparkling water and snacks along with quality tea and coffee. Very clean and lovely big, fluffy towels. Breakfast was exceptional. Great choice with excellent service.”

“I was blown away at the value for money. Not only did we get a clean and tidy room, but our breakfast, dinner, use of a swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Not to mention all of the entertainment for £70, and that was for 2 of us!!! Other than the lack of a full length mirror and a blind or curtain on the (frosted) window of the bathroom, the room was ideal. On arrival we couldn't shut the bathroom window, but the maintenance man came straight down and sorted it. The pool area was……

“Room was clean and spacious! The bar manager(don’t know her name) was absolutely fantastic was very informative and helpful!! A great place to stay if you’re using Bristol airport. The food here was really great especially the breakfast! Thank you for a great stay. Will definitely return and will be recommending!”

“Loved it. I was seeing a band in Cardiff and picked this hotel as it was close to the train station. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and the hotel. Not going to claim it’s 5 stars but it met all my needs and the late night bar was perfect for a refreshing drink after getting back from the gig. ”

“The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. ”
