“Price efficient stay for any Tinley Park Concerts! Only 15ish min from the venue. It was a safe and comfortable place to lay our heads for the night before heading into Chicago again to shop the next day! ”
“The beds were comfortable, although I hit my ankle on a metal piece sticking out from the base of the bed. The shower head was dripping , but no big deal. The food choices available was Harold's chicken, Subway, Gracie's Taco's, McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and Culver's just to name a few.”

“The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,……
“My room was clean. Fridge and microwave functioned. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was free and satisfying. Price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful ”
