“This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites. ”

“Hi highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel near Old Town Quito. Mario and Blanco were fantastic hosts from helping us during our very late arrivals, to a wonderful breakfast each morning, helping us with suggestions on where to go in Old Town, making our dinner reservation & transport to the airport. “The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three.”

“The place is amazing, super clean and nice. Bed is very comfortable, shower is great, good pressure and lots of hot water. The owner is super caring, helping and responsive. Amazing person with kind heart! That was the best attitude at the hotel I ever got in my life! Will come back! Thank u for everything u did for me! ”

“Check in super easy, staff very nice. Room is nice and clean as well. (Minor things I don’t like personal preference :I don’t like rain showers cause I don’t like to get my very long hair wet and the head is so high you can’t adjust it. The doors are paper thin so you do hear what is going on in the corridor.) That being said I still would come back here again.”
