“Great location for exploring, food average and a bit pricey but the only place to eat in the village. Good sized room but not freshened daily. Heating on in hottest week. “So upon arrival the hotel had no record of our booking through Hotels.com. Luckily they had a room available and gave it us for the rate id booked a year ago. The room was large, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding delicious. The staff were lovely. We had two issues. The toilet wasn't clean, had poo stains from previous guests. And there was no hot water from the shower. Luckily the bath was ok. ”

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
