“Good location, close to freeways, restaurants and gas stations. Loved and appreciate the covered parking. Staff is friendly and breakfast was good. When I checkedout, I let them know the a/c unit was making a noise, and I was told maintenance would take a look at it.”

“I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate.
The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most……
“Perfect stay for the price point. We needed a place that would let us have our dog with us. Their pet fees were fair and the room was clean and had nice amenities. I would only say that the room smelled a little like a smokers room. This is probably from years past as they allow no smoking in the hotel at all. Otherwise the it was a great stay. ”
“The room was awesome. Service was great. The price? Let’s say it was a total value and eateries were very close! Good continental breakfast too. I’d gladly stay there again! ”
