“Rob was very proactive on sending information for our check in. We were also pleasantly surprised with some fabulous cookies waiting for us when we got there. The house was very neat and clean. The bedrooms were as described in the listing. We spend quite a bit of our time at Warm Springs Ranch and it was nice to be able to come back to a place we could relax in.”

“The owner has made this an inviting place to stay with the manner it was decorated and stocked. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch and the side patio due to the warmer temperatures during our stay. Very close to Fort Cavazos, HEB grocery and the airport. ”

“This home has been beautifully updated, the bedding is very nice and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. The neighborhood is quiet and the house immaculate. We will definitely stay here again if needed!”

“Wonderful bungalow with new appliances, cotton sheets and every amenity. There is some road noise from street but windows do a good job of blocking most sound. Staying here was a pleasure!”

“We took a trip to this quaint township to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. We love historical sites and this entire tiwnship is a historical site. Also came to experience the Lyceum Theater's play of A Christmas Carol, which was phenomenal and enjoyed a meal at the local J. HOUSTON'S tavern . The cottage was a very fun experience with history dripping in every corner but boasting all the modern conveiences that one would need. Will definitely recommend visiting this little town and……

“Beautiful property with very accommodating host! Aaron was very knowledgeable of area and brought out a fire pit for us with wood! The loft was so comfortable and hard to leave when time to go! Highly recommend!”

“Well appointed house, can’t think of a single thing that we were needing. Great location (walking distance to DQ!). Communication with owner was easy. Appreciate the king size bed in master bedroom & wonderful shower. Kitchen/dining area very spacious. This is a second stay for us & we’ll be back again.”
