“My dogs and I loved our stay at The Latch House Barn! The decor and fittings are top-notch, yet also durable enough to accommodate furry friends. The fenced yard was a very welcome amenity for weary travelers, as was the picturesque, eminently-walkable town of Arrow Rock. Only detractor from a perfect visit was the baffling absence of any toilet paper in any bathroom, or anywhere in the house that I was able to find! A one-off oversight, I’m sure. Would love to stay longer next time, and explore……

“Very nice, large historic home! Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Location was excellent, walking distance to downtown. Bedrooms were large with plenty enough room for all 10 of us. We will be renting again.”

“We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. ”

We feel that Jill went above our expectations of what a good host would be and the home was immaculate. This was our first experience renting a VRBO and because of this stay it will not be our last. “What a special place to stay while in Glasgow! Everything was perfect and a special touch to have a local pastry for breakfast for our 36th wedding anniversary. So comfortable and there isn’t one thing I would add. They have thought of everything. I highly recommend! If you plan to spend time in Glasgow there is more to do Thursday - Saturday.”

“Lois has a wonderfully appointed tiny home on her farm, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The bonus bed/futon was a nice surprise as it meant I didn’t have to share a bed with my 6’1” son. The snacks and water were also a nice end to an exhausting day on the trail. I might only suggest a new shower head to help overcome the showers size. ”
