“After a prolonged exchange via Hotels.con messaging trying to reserve rooms near each other and a great deal of confusion caused by the fact that Chevin House is now owned by a hotel chain whose central team seemed incapable of communicating with hotel reservation staff, I contacted Chevin directly and was quickly helped.
