“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“Everything was nice except for the pool area. It was unkept with a few pieces of trash and a two used towels laying around. ”

“We have only good things to say about this property. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers were so professional, kind and welcoming. Sheena at the front desk worked miracles when our best friends accidentally booked at the wrong property. She was able to get them booked and maintained the rate from the other property even though it was last minute. We cant say enough about Pam, the bartendar, cook and confidant. She was a rockstar serving not only the bar, but a class reunion……
