“The hotel is very good in all aspects, I wish I could stay for more days”

“The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. ”

“There are three things going for this hotel: location, location, and location. It is right next door to the Loretto Chapel, and situated on the southeast corner of the Santa Fe plaza (main center for shopping and events in Santa Fe). The hotel room was spotless and newly renovated. Parking is another attraction - hotel guest vehicle can be parked for $10 (as of summer 2025) up to 3 PM on the check out date. There's a nice Chinese restaurant on site, but we didn't try it. Our only concern was the……
