“I used the whirlpool and when I tried to get out I slipped and fell. The steps are WAY TOO STEEP. The handrail was no help because it was too slippery. Having marble floors in a swimming area is absurd. I had to crawl out the door ”

“The only recommendation i could make would be to have Keurig coffeemakers in the room. The coffee in the rooms is pretty bad and although they offer 24 hr coffee in the dining area, it's not convenient when you've just gotten out of bed. Not a deal breaker as the accommodations are clean and housekeeping is good providing fresh towels and refilling coffee supplies daily.”
