“The place was clean. I had a small private room and bath shared common area with one other room. Basic necessities provided but the property could use some TLC but the price reflects that. I didn’t spend any waking hours there so it was fine for my purposes. ”

“The host was very nice and the property was comfortable. My only gripe is that is was pretty warm when we got in, but after the AC was running for a couple of hours it got better.”

“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”
