“Excellent service, food, and room. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly and informative. This hotel would certainly be considered expensive compared to other places, but we found it well worth it and would stay there again.”

“Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分”

“Elevator was not working properly. Parking garage exit was not wide enough”

“We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. ”
