纽芬兰-拉布拉多设有泳池的酒店

“Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分”

“We called in to make sure our reservation was ok we didn't know what time we would be arriving. I have stayed at your hotel many times and have enjoyed it. Your person (male) that was on your front desk couldn't find our reservation and gave us a run around for 20 minutes. when he found it he didn't even apologize. We requested a room that was close to out our companions which he said he did. Upon arrival we were on the 3rd and the other on the 5th. Our rooms were clean but customer service left……

“Only thing disappointing was no mini fridge ,,”

“We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. ”

“Nobody cleaned the pool area bathroom during our stay. I was in pool first thing in the morning 630 am. First one in. and was not tidy at all. Other than that was very clean looking. Breakfast was amazing”
