“This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at for many years. From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were always on hand if you needed anything. Every member was courteous, friendly and professional, always checking if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant. Our room was a Superior double and had a beautiful view and was cleaned everyday. There was a wide choice of foods on the menu, which was excellent and they have an amazing chef. “I arrived quite late and went into the pub downstairs to ask how to access the hotel. The woman behind the bar was so helpful and friendly and walked me round to the entrance and explained everything to me thoroughly, despite the fact it was horrible weather outside. I was on the top floor and the room was extremely clean, with a roll top bath and extremely comfortable bed. I loved the fact they even have Oatly milk with the tea tray, something most expensive hotels don't have, nevermind a room……
