“The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. ”

“这家和另外一家酒店仅一字之差，但感觉差很远。酒店的服务人员不错，礼貌客气，第二天一早我们要六点走还给我们准备了早餐打包带走。房间很大，标准套房。比较差的地方：装修廉价，白色灯光，淋浴间水龙头固定热水等很久，洗浴用品简陋（普遍如此并非只有这家）。但是早上五点开始隔壁祈祷，广场舞级别的喇叭音乐吵的完全不能睡，尤其是浴室方向。估计这也不是酒店能解决的问题。”

De ligbedden bij het zwembad bestaan deels uit verrot hout, hetgeen gevaarlijk is. De financiële afrekening gebeurt nog op 19e eeuwse wijze (losse bonnetjes, een rekenmachientje) en de receptionisten spreken zeer slecht Engels. Kortom: een upgrade is dringend nodig.”
