“Muy lindo hotel ”

“Enjoyed the property & its close location to Nokomis Beach which is an easy walk. Quiet neighborhood. Had plenty of beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc for your use which was appreciated. Easy access to downtown Venice or up to Sarasota. Perfect accommodation for a couple or 2 person stay. We will be back again as the hosts were very helpful & responsive. ”

“Out of 500 house we have stayed this was our favorite by far. Not only was it comfortable, cozy and beautiful but the owners are they best they take super good care of the hidden gem in Nokomis and there there for all your needs, it was a please staying here. Didn't half to ask for a thing it was wonderfuly stocked. TY”

“Our stay at Andrew's property was amazing. The home was easy to locate, a safe and beautiful area, parking was directly in front of the house. The house itself was cozy, quaint, beautiful, well decorated, extremely clean, and offered every amenity we needed. The walk out to the beach was so wonderful, we decided not to explore as much as we usually do, but instead to relax at the house, and on the beach as much as we could. The bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom was……

“We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again!”

“I would like to be as kind as possible about this TERRIBLE VRBO.... Smell-o-vision would've been cool to have from the second I opened the door and walked through the torn magnetic screen that was nailed around the broken frame. The floors were all soft and uneven. The walls and ceiling were water damaged, even warned by the owner not to move the TV mount in bedroom as it was not 'strong'.... well, thats because the walls are separating from the frame, sir. The dish brush was disgusting as were……
