“Perfect place for four of us - could hold more - and our dogs. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and the lake. Roomy and had everything we needed.”

“We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we unfortunately had some bad experiences, most of which were avoidable by the property managers - we had to deal with mice running around in the house, not cool, not hygienic and freaked everyone out- house was in beaten up shape with need for lots of updates - beds were saggy, couches were old, dinning table seats had no cushions and hurt our butts, drains were clogged- TVs are old and running on not so reliable platforms- Basketball hoops was broken……

It is close to West Beach and a 10 minute beautiful drive around the lake to the State park entrance. The most impressive thing about this is the host. 10/10 in communication and accommodation. “My family stayed here for a week for a family reunion- Lake Tahoe tradition vacation. We LOVED this location! Hot tub was clean and ready to use and we really liked being at the end of the street with no neighbors on the one side. Fantastic layout for our group. Kids, Teens and Adults all loved this place. “This house is spacious and very well designed for a family group hanging out in the open wood-paneled living room with high ceilings or dining out on the lovely deck. We made several elaborate dinners/breakfasts, and the kitchen was very accommodating (with dishwasher!) It doesn’t directly overlook the lake, though you can see patches of the water through branches of beautiful tall trees. It’s also very close to Kings Beach and only 15 mins or so from Tahoe City, where there are many……
