“Great place only negative was the size of the garage. You can bring SUVS and trucks but more important is notifying people before about the parking situation. Motorcycle and small cars best.”

“We came to enter a floral arrangement in a flower show given by the Virginia Beach Garden Club. We needed space to do the arrangement, space to relax and space to sleep. The property is really adorable, clean and well-appointed and the location is upscale and safe. Restaurants and shops are within close distance and the neighborhood is good also good for walking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.”

“They had great customer service. A beautiful place to stay. Clean. Beautiful views. Most things are in a walkable distance. Loved the lights that shine down on the beach after dark by far my favorite! ”

“Scam, lies, it’s a time-share pressure nightmare! Supposed to be big bed with sofa bed. Ha! As soon as we rejected time share pitch, we got placed in such a small room, we could hardly open our suitcases. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. No balcony no ocean view, would not stay here for free! Don’t like being lied to. Was asked to lie and say we were friends to someone we didn’t even know! Ceiling tile fell in and water drenched the first several floors by elevator the first day we arrived. Fire……

“This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. Everything we needed was there at yhe boathouse. It was clean and bright. The host was friendly and responsive immediately. He gave precise directions and we found the place easily in the dark. “Room itself was great, bathroom a little different set up. Parking garage is tight.”

“I wasn’t happy that there wasn’t too much leniency on early or late check ins or check outs. Most other hotels I have used in the past have allowed checkins as early as 2am day of as well as 2pm for check outs. This includes Hilton, Marriott and best western. The diamond resort was just purchased by Hilton so hopefully in the future they will be lenient for request from guest. I also understand if they said yes to everyone that ask… it would be tough as well to turn/flip a room. Other than……

“Vrbo lets Property manegment companies advertise for the home owners and they total screwed my sister and I .We were supposed to have a ocean front room with a queen bed and a fold out sofa . What we got was a corner room with a city view they called it , well we looked at the back side of a buliding and had 1 full size bed no sofa . The front desk was of no help and said we needed to contact the home owner so i called the number I had been communicating with the hole time just to find out that……
