“My first visit to Denver was truly beautiful, and my stay at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center was, overall, very satisfying. From check-in to the hotel’s convenient and safe location, everything met my expectations, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues. However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one……

“The front entrance was hard to locate. When i called the hotel to get specific directions, the hotel rep acted annoyed that she had to explain where we needed to go for check in. We weren’t the only ones who had a hard time, there was a group of kids arriving in a bus who couldn’t find the entrance either. So annoying. ”
