“Everything was great with the exception of 2 things: we couldnt change the temperature in the room. It was a bit chilly. We had difficulty operating the coffee machine. Instructions would have been helpful.”

“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite……

“This hotel is beautiful. You really don’t need to leave the hotel because it offers everything you might need. Rooms and the hotel are super clean. ”

“The rooms were spotless. Employees extraordinarily nice. It is a great place to stay if do not have a car. It's located directly across from Union station. The continental breakfast was sufficient, But we wound up eating breakfast at Snooze located in union station.”
