“We stayed for a week. Loved the location and room was clean and had everything needed. But their service was confusing. Got a text saying to text or call when you need service. Lady at desk told us 24 hrs notice needed. So I sent a text Tuesday asking for garbage emptied and towels changed on Wednesday. Then phone rang and I confirmed with a real person the same. She said we did not need to leave anything outside, they would come in to do it. We were gone all day Wednesday. Came back and nothing……
