“Our family of 15 ranging in age from 76 - 5 had the absolute best time at the Johnson Lake Compound this year! We spend a week together every year and this was our 10th year anniversary of this reunion and we couldn’t have had a better setting!Every detail was thought through and the kids and adults alike enjoyed the home so much! We spent hours everyday down by the lake just splashing around on the lily pad, kayaking and paddle boarding as well as fishing! The kids caught many fish and we have……

“Our stay at Yellow Birch Lodge was wonderful! There were 15 in total - grandparents, children, and grandchildren. We brought jet skis and rented a pontoon. It was a week full of love and fun - we have many wonderful memories to reflect back on. The owner (Mark) is exceptional…responding to questions or requests promptly! “Overall, everything was good. Had an issue with wasps in the steps going down to the water. Would clean up the landscaping a little, so overgrown in the back, takes away from the beauty. Nice place, enjoyed our stay.”

“Cleanliness is at top of the list for me and this place hit the mark. There were four of us and were a little concerned about having one bathroom, but had no issues. We each had our own bedrooms and besides that we were mainly in the kitchen prepping food and in the dining room playing games.There was a pull through driveway, which helped tremendously since we brought our boat. The house is situated next to a road, but we hardly heard any cars go by, so it was quiet. Also, there were not any……

“Hi - We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were perfect. The only thing that we would recommend is to have rials around the deck for full closure. The property allows pets but it would be nice to not have leash them on the deck when we are sitting out there relaxing. In addition there were no grill tongs the only tongs found were the small tongs in the kitchen which isn’t really adequate for cooking on the grill. I haven’t looked back at the what to bring so maybe add bring your own……
