“10 of us stayed at this house during LDW and had the most incredible experience. The pictures do not do the house justice- it was even better than we anticipated. Beyond gorgeous, so clean, huge, and the backyard will leave you speechless. We cannot recommend it enough. The only downside was the bedrooms upstairs were warm. Thank you to our amazing hosts!!!! We will be back. ”

“This house was perfect and so comfortable for our extended family weekend to celebrate our mom’s birthday. My kids, ages 4 and 2.5, had plenty of space to play and the rooms were perfectly situated for a comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone. We also enjoyed spending time in the spacious deck and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Location was also amazing as it was less than 10 minutes to Greenport town, across the street fromKontokosta winery and less than 15 minutes to the cross……

“Property is perfect! Only 5 minutes from town, and so close to all of the vineyards. Well appointed with everything that we could possibly need— from toiletries, to wine keys, cooking, and coffee, making supplies. Beautiful rooms that were clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were hotel quality. Gorgeous in ground pool, hot tub and indoor/outdoor patio for relaxing. I’m saving this property as a “favorite”!!!”

“We had a really nice time at the Barnes' property. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms in the main house. Just as a warning, the bed in one of the rooms is extremely high, but there is a step stool for getting in and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. We had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. My son stayed in the cottage with a space heater, but it was really too cold for this time of year. He could have used a few more……
