“I had a recent 4 day / 3 night stay at Blue Seas Courtyard and would 1000% recommend. I have not a single complaint of the property!! The location was great, quiet and relaxing, and very charming. I was in and out alot, so I didn't see Marc but met Christie, who was very sweet and helpful. She showed me around the property when I checked in. “We stayed here 4 nights. Our room with double beds on the 2nd floor was extremely clean and well maintained. It took a good 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower and the toilet was just flushable due to low water pressure. The room had a walk-in closet outside the small bathroom. The mattresses seemed pretty new and although a bit soft were fine for us. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this very walkable neighborhood. Most of the hotels appear to be vintage (1960s?). “Dee Jay Beach resort is a great place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. Not only us it in a great location, our efficiency was comfortable and roomy. The owner was on site and attended to any needs we had. The backyard was a nice respite from the hectic travel and had a pool and lounge chairs to relax and rest. There was a shopping plaza a short distance away, which housed a super market, a diner, and so much more. A short drive, led us to a great area with lots of restaurants and shops. ……
