“酒店附近範圍是寧靜而安全的，步行至車站亦只是數分鐘路程，相對方便。然而，我在使用洗衣機後，因發現機門未能打開，故請酒店人員幫忙，但卻被要求等待至第二天早上才可安排維修人員到來處理，令衣服被迫留至機內整個晚上；且酒店人員第二天到來時，更意圖指摘是我們弄壞洗衣機的機門，經我們多番解釋後，事件才能解決，令我們感到有點委屈和不快。”

“接待處職員服務態度真係好。酒店單位除了整個廁所及全屋地毯之外，其他非常乾淨， refill方面就真係不足，4人住11晚，只得四卷廁紙，冲涼液各廁所只得一份，仲細支過北京蜂皇精， 4日就用完，七日後先至有人換床單和清潔，但依然冇再提供冲涼液，結果日日都冇梘液沖涼，嗰啲垃圾梘液用4滴沐浴也出唔到泡，根本冲唔乾淨，而且所有花晒唔夠水壓，只有流出來水力，不是射水，每次洗完shampoo都沖唔乾淨個頭。有焗爐和微波爐非常好用，電磁爐有煲提供，但冇鑊及電飯煲提供。最後總結：客廳客房廁所就會俾9分，廁所就3分，差過賓館。。。”

“My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. ”

“Very nice apartment that could benefit from a little more care. As most of these properties these days, they are extremely basic and poorly mantained as they are services as a high rotation business. One of the beds (a very cheap one) was disassembled and the matress was sinking. Took me a while to figure out the hot water temperature. Wifi password given was wrong. Comunication with the property management to sort the password was not answered until next day. I didn't even bother with the other……

“Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit BOP war super. Wir haben immer sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen ausreichend und sehr bequem. Die Küchenzeile ist top ausgestattet. Es wurde sogar an Ohrenstöpsel gedacht, weil vor dem Haus leider die U-Bahn obererdisch fährt. Absolut nervig waren die Obdachlosen, die sich jeden Abend am Haus getroffen hatten und laut waren. ”

“It was a very nice area. The only thing I would change would be new mattresses in all bedrooms. Other than that is was wonderful!”

“地理位置方便，性價比超高！鄰近地鐵站，去不同倫敦市區景點都很近、很方便。酒店工作人員很熱情，會主動介紹酒店的設施。房內設有電磁爐和微波混合焗爐，覺得出外進食很貴的話，可以自己買回去煮食(房內亦有杯、碟、鑊等)。這點感覺更像民宿。不喜歡房內煮食，還可以將食材帶到樓下的公眾大廳煮食，下面還有咖啡機和小型的商店可買零食(雖然我不飲咖啡、零食暫時未買過)。1樓還有洗衣和乾衣房，不想自己洗衣服可以考慮使用。居住5天期間，不會有人執拾房間，不過可以掛牌出去叫人倒垃圾，這點要留意！不過我之前亦覺得一般酒店每天有人進房收拾，感覺不太自在，沒有人進來收拾我反而挺喜歡。酒店附近有便利店和小型超市，Amazon Fresh沒有人手櫃位，必須使用信用卡或Apple Pay等電子支付，而且付款全程自助式，不想要單據的話，商品都不用逐件取出來，Tap & Go即可。不過我對這個付款模式十分不安心，所以自己跑去自助付款的機(同樣要用電子支付)，將每年商品掃瞄一次，再付錢，這種方式會有紙質單據，Tap & Go沒有。總括而言，Vertus Edit的體驗非常好，性價比超高，下次再有機會來倫敦，會考慮這間酒店！”

"不錯的住宿體驗，本來抱持著只是中轉站待的飯店，沒有抱期待，但入住後意外的還不錯，雖然沒有窗戶，但如果像我一樣短期住個兩三天的是還好，主要是價格，在倫敦又是市中心，步行個幾分鐘就到國王十字車站，這樣的價格CP值非常不錯的！"

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
