“The pictures of the property on VRBO, presented an environment that was a clean tropical getaway. The description touts a luxury experience, UNFORTUNATELY that was not felt from the minute I arrived. - The pool was filled with leaves and soot that had to be cleaned the day after we arrived. We could not try to enter the pool until the next day. - The Jacuzzi was filthy and didn't work when I arrived. It was cleaned on the second day of our stay. But never worked the entire trip. I was never able……

“I absolutely loved this house, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Phil offered me an early check in because of the time that my flight landed. There was plenty of parking in the circle driveway. There was a nice outdoor living space and a bedit toilet in the master bedroom. The only negatives I would say about the house is the ants in the kitchen, we had to throw grocery away because the ants had attacked! Also two of the beds listed are stowaway beds which I did not know until I got there……

“The house is really close to aventura mall, and great restaruants. All the house is nice, it can do a little TLC. Manager is aware and I understand they were doing some upgrades after I left. washe dryer are new and amazing! Airco need urgent refurbishment but this is going to get done, too bad we did not enjoy this. and the ouside deck that overlooks the canals had tons of spider webssss... the airfrier was better thatn the one I have at hmome and the pots and pans too. Overall i would stay……
