“Great home! A little older property. But perfect for relaxing. Beach was very close! The pool is amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. The only challenge was communication with the owner. Stay here. ”

“I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next……

“Pros: Clean resort, Excellent valet, Nice beach service, LocationCons: Very poor communication from host (never responded to any of my questions after reserving) Was told the daily valet rate would be adjusted because of the extended stay and it wasn't) Pool area very small, Construction noise (not resorts fault) High rise building blocks the afternoon sun from beach and pool”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property over the weekend! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. The host clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring every detail was just right, from the well-stocked amenities to the little touches that made my stay so comfortable. “Studio awesome , but fee more high oh renting Studio , because online registration not shoing fool prices with fee beach resort.I feel pay double for stay byself on my vocation. FOR FAMILY 2-4 PEOPLE AWESOME PRICE, BUT FOR 1 OWERPRICE.For 2 weeks need do a good discount , for do more vocation 4 times in year 😉 😀, not 1 timein in yeas for over churches double price.”

“The property was exactly as advertised. It was an excellent location. The cleanliness was excellent. Everything’s absolutely perfect and the owner was absolutely very helpful upon check in and check out we need the crib and was in the house when we we got there. Would definitely go back there again with my family.”

“We were in town for a college football game at Hard rock stadium. This property was clean, comfortable, stylish and in close proximity to restaurants, the beach, stores and the stadium. It was easy access from the highway and easy in all ways. The beds were comfortable which is often not the case in rentals. Would highly recommend!!!!”

“Overall our stay was a good one. Tv is not working in living room but other tvs are working. Would suggest leaving extra supplies if possible. ”

“Location was good for what we needed...close to the beach and restaurants. The property has been renovated and was clean. We were there on a Friday night and the neighbors were quite lively, but the eventually quieted down.”

“Had the best time at this place . The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs. It was perfect for me and my girlfriend and a friend from out of town to share with a nice view of the ocean. The location was great to enjoy at the beach and also go out at night to south beach. I will stay here again next time I have to be in Miami. ”

“Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay.”
