“Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again.”

“The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience.”

“I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next……
