“My husband & I had a wonderful time staying here so close to the beach. The beach & pool access was perfect because everything was so close so the kids could go between the beach, pool, and outdoor games so easily. Outside the the resort I was a little nervous with so much traffic on the A1A so we didn’t venture outside of the resort much. However when we did, the restaurant we found was excellent. We also didn’t need to rent a car & just took an Uber from the airport then walked everywhere once……

“Every was clean, spacious, and the view from the room was beautiful. The host had excellent communication, friendly, and responded to questions very quickly. I highly recommend this location.”

“Great location. The beach, restaurants, and boardwalk are all close by. My main complaint is the elevator system. There's 4 elevators for 41 floors and by the time it came to the 15th floor was always full. Most of the time we took the stairs but it was hard with luggage. Ended up waiting 30 min to get down with luggage. ”

“The property is very nice, pictures are accurate on the site. There are fees that are not on the site when making the reservation though. Almost had our reservation cancelled day before because Host said they had not been paid, even payment was made 3 months before. Then 2 hours before check in was told there is Administration fee that has to be paid of $100. Also not listed on site, along with $28.00 parking fee per day it listed. ”

“We stayed at the Marenas over New Year's and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. It's right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. The host was great and very responsive. Highly recommend!!”

“We stayed in a family suite. Was mentioned that we would not have access to normal hotel stay cleaning and upkeep during our stay. It was fine but we had four people to our room, we could have had more towels! Only four were there, we were staying 5 days! More towels were needed! Also stating that there was limited on site food options was a BIG reason why I would not return in the future!”
