“I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next……
