“One problem recognized on arrival dealt with by manager promptly and effectively. Otherwise, only demerits are that upstairs bedrooms did not have night tables where a lamp could be placed or chairs on which you could put your suitcase. Finally, the toaster oven needs to be replaced. All easily fixed.”

“We loved our stay at this charming vintage house! Couldn’t be in a better location - right on the Prom just steps away from the beach! A couple of blocks north of Broadway so also super easy to hit all of the restaurants and shops. Not brand new and fancy but you are paying for the location and view.”

“The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. Just set your expectations correctly and……

“Perfect 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa. My husband and 2 kids (11/13) stayed here. We like the proximity to everything and super close to the boardwalk/promenade start.It has a washer/dryer which is nice (we didn’t use it but definitely a perk if you need it. The inside is so charming. The only thing that would make it out of this world would be a hot tub. But as is, it’s amazing.”

“Our family consists of 22 people. Grandkids ranging in the ages of 16 down to three. Everyone had a great time. There was plenty of space to spread the kids out. We enjoyed walking down to the beach every day. The kitchen is well equipped. All of the regular bedding is great. Some of the fold out beds were a little suspect and we didn’t use them. ”

“We loved staying here and the view from the cottage on the hill was spectacular! We got our workouts in walking up and down the steep hill that accessed the beach but was ok because we needed to burn off all the Fourth of July feasting! The beds were very comfy but pretty high off the ground. Plenty of towels and dishes. But there’s no wifi and very little cell reception which made for a nice disconnect from the nonsense. Easy parking with a nice flat front lawn that made for an excellent corn……
