“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“I stayed at the hotel again for my solar business visit, and it’s clear they’ve put in some effort since my last stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience smooth. I noticed they were painting the restaurant, so it looks like they’re working on updates, though it didn’t really bother me. “The building doesn’t look like a hotel. The sign was not well lit. They are doing renovations which look like they will be nice. Breakfast was underwhelming. The room was clean and large. Be careful when heading out of town towards Greenville, GPS may send you to a dirt road that is private property.”

“Place was clean, warm and comfortable. Make sure you get what you need in town before you go to the hotel. It is just the hotel in the immediate area but resources are just a few miles away. ”

“Your motor lodge is very comfortable with everything I needed. I would suggest an electrical outlet at the desk, as the one that was there was filled with your plugs and there was no place to plug my computer in without having to pull out the dresser with the TV on it to access an available plug behind there. Additionally, a clock at the bedside would be helpful for a quick glance of current time. Otherwise, all was very clean and your facility is very comfortable.”
