“For the most part, the stay was good. The surrounding area seemed a bit loud at times, which can only be controlled so much by the hotel. The room was mostly clean. We ended up using a disinfectant wipe on the remote control for the TV, because that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while (or the previous guest was just that disgusting). The rest of the room was tidy, including the bathroom and kitchen. The overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying again in the……

“We love the Koi Story Cabin. We were there for the Cyclone Bomb this year. No electricity for 4 days. The staff was amazing! They had us hooked up to a generator and the fire place kept us warm! We communicated with Elena, Ian and Sergei. They were so helpful and worked with our schedule. A delightful place to stay!”

The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the hot plate, we couldn’t get our water to boil for some mac&cheese, but we had a backup! Our puppies loved paddling around in the water, and the scenery was to die for!”
