“The room was immaculate– the space had many amenities and was perfect for my working 'vacation'. I loved getting back to my hotel room after a long day of meetings. It was very relaxing. I enjoyed the fitness room and also the hot breakfasts. I noticed that there was a salon on site, but I didn't take advantage of that. It's name says it all--it's a 'gem.'”

“Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Chicago is crazy busy and a wild city to visit. Uber/Lift is crazy expensive and parking is impossible. I called the hotel asking about available parking and they assured me they had a lot. When I got there, it was actually $55 per night for valet. ”

“Disappointing stay experience! The room is very large, more than 500 feet, but the room is empty, the simple white walls have no wallpaper, no decorative paintings, no curtains, black roller blinds to let in light, the furniture walls in the room are black and white and cold, not warm, and the TV is 35 inches? or 40 inches? Very small, no sofa chairs, tea tables, very little furniture. The bathroom is very large, the layout is very strange, the shower room is small, the washbasin is small,……

“Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. ”
