“5 stars because the owner kindly moved us up to 2nd floor room for the 4th fireworks. Happy to report that for an older property the soundproofing is really pretty good. Grounds are lovely and clean, room was basic and functional. Be prepared for a tiny bathroom. Nice place to stay overall. Do not miss the spice store next door which is many things besides spices. Vey convenient to Ptown. ”

“Our experience here was great. The hotel was quiet and perfectly located. Clean and efficient. You can't go wrong with a private beach steps away from your room. This is a low frills place, which means it's simple and sweet, a refreshing break from the usual upiddy crowd of cape cod. A true gem. We will be going back, hopefully sooner than later!”
