“A clean affordable No Frills room. That alone deserves a good review. However when you factor in the staff, that's what makes it a great review! Look this place is not the Ritz, because quite frankly I stayed there! But I was able to afford a place to lay my head and shower for work when I needed it. “The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was kind and accommodating. The 5:00 Hors d'oeuvres were a nice added touch. The breakfast was superb, very nice variety of different kinds of food. "I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
