“Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. “We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.”

“Very cute. Small. But just what we needed for the weekend. About 1/3 of a mile walking distance to downtown and Flagler. Toilet didn’t stop running, and parking in the driveway was tight but not a big deal. Other than that it was very clean. Had coffee and creamer in the fridge, hairdryer, which was all we needed for amenities. ”

“If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in……

“Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
