“There were 4 of us who needed a getaway and picked this cute house in St. Augustine. It was just a few blocks away from the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth within easy walking distance. We took advantage of the Trolley for touring. The house was a cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath very nicely furnished and so comfortable. The home had everything we needed, including comfy pillows and throws. We loved the front porch with plenty of seating and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for reading or just talking! ……

“Place was clean and a close distance to everything, about 10 minute drive. Place includes the side house near the marsh and apartment above the garage. They had a baby gate that can be put up to block the stairs if you have an infant ”

“Our first vacation in 2 years. Truly incredible house on bay with spectacular dock. Although we enjoyed viewing historic buildings where we could walk to,Sitting in the screened in porch watching the sunrise, sipping coffee and listening to the cathedral bells ring, was above relaxing ”

He showed me around when i got there and pointed out all the ammenities they provide to make your beach getaway perfect. The local photos adorning walls were taken by one of the owners and are great way to highlight local beach atmosphere. “Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant. ”
