“Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink……

“We had a group of six people and we so enjoyed the property!!! The property was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the coffee bar was wonderful too! Even though the weather didn't cooperate for the entire weekend, we still enjoyed the spacious deck when we could. Would definitely stay here again in a……

“Nice apartment in a good location”

“We were in town visiting family ..and booked this wonderful condo with the best view of the Mississippi River. Little did we know that February is a great time for eagle .watching so it was a bonus! “Property is large with gorgeous views. Barbara and David are very pleasant, were reapectful of our time, and it felt private even though they were just upstairs. Sammy, their vizsla, is also super sweet. The place was homey and comfortable. We VERY much appreciated bringing our canine family members and they loved all the room to run. Location a short drive to downtown. Definitely would stay again if they would have us. ”
